About Certified Personal Trainer Program
The Certified Personal Trainer Program aims to qualify professionals with the scientific knowledge and practical skills to provide high-quality personal training services in accordance with the latest international standards.
This program is offered under the supervision of the Leadership Development Institute at the Ministry of Sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in collaboration with the International Academy for Sports Science and Technology (IASST), the leading academy in the Middle East in the field of sports education and professional training.
This course is a strong starting point for those wishing to enter the world of personal training or develop their careers in the fitness and health sector. It combines specialized academic aspects (in the fields of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, fitness assessment, and program design) with practical application through in-person lectures and intensive practical training.
The program is designed to meet the needs of the Saudi and Arab markets and provides students with an accredited certificate, a training book in Arabic, an electronic library, and 480 hours of accredited training on-campus.

Specific Prerequisites for Enrollment in the Program
All exercise professionals will need basic and specific knowledge related to the context in which they work. There are specific prerequisites before beginning the qualification.
1. Be over 18 years of age.
2. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
